What Does the following Ultrasound Result Indicate? 

Hi, I am 28 and just had a CS and lost the baby in April and am trying for another baby, I did a scan today and this is what the scan result gave me. Hope everything is normal with me and hope its good for me to start trying for baby


Uterus: non-gravid, normal-sized anteverted uterus measuring 77mm(L)x 76mm (T)x 53mm(AR) with thick endometrial echo observed. No fibroid seen. Adnexa: ferr bilaterally. No ovarian cyst observed. cul-de-sac: empty.
Ass: Normal Pelvic findings

Sorry for what happened.
1.Your ultrasound scan of the pelvis appears normal, uterine measurement normal limits, ovaries normal,endometrial thickness normal, no mass lesions and free fluid. ( anteverted uterus is tilt of uterus anteriorly in relation to urinary bladder - normal variation)
2.If you are planning to conceive every thing with your pelvis is normal.
3.Only thing concern is you had CS in april, its just 5 months passed - i would personally recommend a year time for uterine post operative status to strengthen up well for the pregnancy.
4.As the scar area can be bit delicate at this point.
5.Take suggestion from your treating doctor aswell and take decision, and your own decision also. Good luck.
